:: For Buyers: Showing homes is the absolute best part of my job, so it is important to me that I utilize your dream home wish list and compile a workable selection of homes to tour that feature locations and amenities buyers are looking for to make a house feel like home and the fees for my services are $FREE to buyers, in most cases! I specialize in Home Buyer services and offer some of the best home finder tools available thanks to the New Mexico multiple listing service and the Clovis/Portales Association of REALTORS®. Once it’s time to write and offer, I utilizes paperless transactions services to maximize time, understanding and efficiency. So remember, If it’s listed “FOR SALE” I am here to help you along the way.
:: For Sellers: With a background in marketing I strive to list homes that want to be SOLD! The key is getting buyers to seeing past the house while envisioning the way life could be if they decided to move in. The local market may control comparable homes but as a “Listing” the sellers control the homes condition, price and marketability.
I take it from there and offer a free CMA to help with pricing, I offer staging advise, a marketing plan, host open houses, arrange CPAR Broker tour, compile listing information, explain the paperwork, set-up digital signatures, utilize my professional graphic design, photography and video services, print flyers/brochures, put out a sign with a 24-hour text for more information line and don’t forget; I have the power of the RE/MAX network behind me. My service fees vary depending on the level of service my clients needs but my professional standards do not.
